Shipping Methods and Timelines
We offer varying shipping options to cater to your needs. The estimated delivery times and costs are as follows:

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or sales.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to track your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom through our online shop. If you are an international customer and would like to make a purchase, please contact our customer support howdy@raisingallies.uk and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Shipping charges will vary depending on package size and region and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may arise from international shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses.
Delivery Delays
Whilst we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please note that delivery delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Royal Mail typically attempt to redeliver the next working day. If delivery is still not possible a red ‘something for you card’ will be left with details of where and when to collect your parcel.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value and will be displayed at the checkout before payment confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
