RETURN POLICY

Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions: 

 

  • The return/exchange request is initiated within 28 days from the date of delivery. 

  • The item(s) being returned/exchanged are in their original condition, with all tags attached. 

  • The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations or damage caused by the customer. 

Exclusions

Currently no items in the range are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, however we reserve the right to add products in future that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Please ensure to check back regularly for information as it becomes available. 

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps: 

 

  • Contact our customer support on howdy@raisingallies.uk within 28 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorisation. 

  • Provide you order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. 

  • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. 

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item, size, or colour when you initiate the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 28 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and provide you with a replacement or refund. 

Returns Address

When you initiate a return and receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number, you will also receive instructions on where to ship the items(s) for return.
